TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL
- By ordering an art, you confirm that you are over the age of 18
- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason
- If you want the piece to feature specific characters, you must provide visual references. If you just want a kink request filled (e.g. “shy female-presenting angel with a hypercock”) then you give me full creative freedom over the appearance of the character
- Delivery can take up to a month
- I retain all rights to my art unless stated otherwise
- The commissioned art is for personal use only. You are not permitted to use it commercially, for NFTs, or for AI trainingWON'T DRAW
- SFW requests (there are many available artists for sfw; I want to focus on niche and harder-to-commission topics ♥)
- characters belonging to an Intellectual Property (fandom-inspired OCs, sonas, fankids are okay!)
- self-harm (masochistic self-harm in a smut setting is okay!)
- weight stuff/feederism/related kinks
- racist, homophobic and similar hateful contentWORKFLOW
- I send a sketch first to confirm the general layout (for sketch comms, it means a very rough draft)
- You can request up to 2 adjustments during the sketch phase, and 1 minor adjustment after completion
- Substantial edits will cost an extra fee
- Final result will be shared as a 300dpi JPEG filePAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
- Payment is done via PayPal invoices
- I will not start drawing until the work is fully paid upfront. Commissions above $100 can be split into multiple payments; let me know if you need that!
- If the invoice isn’t paid within 48 hours, nor do I hear from you, the commission is considered cancelled
- If you cancel before I start working on your piece, you will receive a full refund
- If you cancel during the process, you will receive a partial refund proportionate to the amount of work I’ve put into the art as long as you cancel before I start the final step. (E.g. before I start inking an inked commission). No partial refunds are offered past that stage, or for sketch commissions
- If I cancel the commission at any point due to my inability to complete it, you will receive a full refund, as well as the file of any progress I have made
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point if I feel like we cannot keep working together (e.g. I can't reach you, communication is unclear and/or nonfunctional, etc.) at which time you will receive a 50% refund
